Custom orders typically take 5-10 business days for assembly and quality inspection before shipping. Standard ground shipping generally takes an additional 3-5 business days.
Can I return a customized piece of equipment?
Due to the personalized nature of custom gear, we cannot accept returns on items with custom colors, decals, or embroidery unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Yes, most of our helmets and protective gear come with a limited one-year warranty covering material defects and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
